THE EFFECT OF USING QUIZIZZ LEARNING MEDIA ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN ECONOMICS CLASS XI AT MAN 2 MATARAM

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of Quizizz learning media as a web-based learning media affects student learning outcomes on Price Index and Inflation material. Inflation. The research method in this research is quantitative experimentation. The sampling technique in this study used Random Sampling, the sample in this study were students of class XI IPS 1 as an experimental class with 36 students and XI IPS 1 as an experimental class with 36 students. experimental class with 36 students and XI IPS 2 as a control class with 36 students. control class with 36 students. The instrument used was multiple choice test. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that the use of Quizizz learning media on formative assessments of Price Index and Inflation material provides higher results than those of the Quizizz learning media. Inflation provides higher results than those who using a paper test this is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test Independent Sample T-Test hypothesis test results which show that there is a difference between the average between the control class and the experimental class in the posttest results. The benefits of this research are that students can have a pleasant experience in assessment, besides that it makes it easier for teachers to carry out assessments and makes it easier for teachers to input learning outcomes. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Quizizz learning media has a significant effect on student learning outcomes.
